On Monday, September 8th, I’ll be joined by Я.R. HARROW on After Hours for a live interview. This is one of the few occasions that I get a horror author on the show, and I’m really looking forward to asking a few questions. Horror was my initial genre of choice for a reason.
After retiring from coaching and volunteer firefighting, he has shifted focus into pursuing his passion to write horror.
A Bit About ЯR Harrow
So, why the backward “R” in his name? Well, that is certainly a question I’ll be adding to my list. I’m curious, but was quite impressed that WordPress let me copy and paste it directly into the blog title.
Mr. Harrow is the son of Scottish immigrants, hailing from the Adirondack regions of New York. Currently, he lives on the banks of Murder Creek, which is quite a fitting locale for a horror author. But don’t let the name fool you; the creek is actually a beautiful location near Akron Falls Park.
I suppose that could be the honey to attract unsuspecting travelers.
Anyway, ЯR Harrow is yet another author that I’ve had on the show who has a book listed by Graveside Press. I’m almost sensing a theme here, and it’s a welcome one.
Where Can You Find His Books?
Mr. Harrow’s book, The Carn-Evil Way, can be found at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Bookshop. Visit the Graveside Press page for The Carn-Evil Way to choose which is more appropriate for you.
If you’re interested in horror-based poetry and short stories, Mr. Harrow writes quite a bit of it on his website.
However, if you want to follow ЯR Harrow on social media, you can check out his Linktree page, which has all of the pertinent information regarding the author.
Join Us for a Live Interview!
Make sure you join us on WriterSanctuary’s YouTube channel for the live interview on Monday, September 8th, at 7:00 PM (MTN). I’ve got my questions ready. Make sure you bring some of your own and get to know the author firsthand.
Thank you, ЯR Harrow, for being on the show. I’m looking forward to talking about some horror, though I wish it were closer to Halloween. Maybe we’ll have to see if he’ll return for a special Halloween episode or something.
