You are more valuable to clients if you have the most up-to-date information available for your preferred interest. It’s all about self-improvement and it will show in your writing as you have a greater chance of pleasing your clientele.
You should never sit around the house and wait for work to come to you. Take the time to improve yourself and your situation. Every minute spent on developing yourself as a writer increases your value. Eventually, you could become so loaded with work from clients that you don’t have downtime at all.
